AI is moving fast inside your organisation. Tools are in use across teams. Your board wants results. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you are expected to know which use cases are worth pursuing, how to show ROI, and how to make sure adoption is not creating risks you have not thought through.
I am here to help you get a clear picture and act on it.
A clear map of what AI is actually doing across your organisation, and which use cases are worth pursuing versus which are creating risk or noise.
A sequenced set of next steps, with what to do first and what to leave alone for now.
A governance framework you can stand behind in front of your team, your board, or a regulator.
You leave with clarity. I leave knowing the right work is in motion.
I founded palito to bring a missing element to the AI conversation: an independent voice that helps organisations structure their AI adoption responsibly. No tool to sell. No vendor to answer to.
Over the past fifteen years, I have led ERP transformations, data strategy and governance, and process redesign for organisations in telecoms, energy, mining, construction, media, consulting, and SaaS. I have done this work in four countries and on globally distributed teams. I have seen what successful technology change looks like, and what does not work, and why.
Throughout it all, the common thread has been: understand what you are actually trying to solve before you build anything. I founded palito because AI adoption is moving fast, and too few organisations have someone independent helping them make sure it is moving in the right direction.
I am here to do that work.
Start with a conversation. We will work out whether palito is the right fit and what to do next.
